Min graduated in 2010 and has been working extensively in private practice with patients presenting with a variety of joint and muscle injuries from general overuse, sports injuries, specific running injuries, chronic spinal pain and post-surgical patients. She has completed the ConnectTherapyTM Series conducted by Dr Linda-Joy Lee and has done in-depth Pilates training courses throughout her career. Combining them both, Min assesses and treats the individual as a whole and is passionate about help her clients achieve their goal by finding out the primary driver/cause of their symptoms, then working together with her clients to create their individual treatment plans that consist of specific manual therapy and complimenting this with equally important conditioning and flexibility programs using Pilates based exercises.

Min is passionate about helping her patients achieve their goals, and has special interest in neck and shoulder pain. Min has a particular interest in working with people with hypermobility issues as well as neck and shoulder problems.
