Having suffered from foot pain most of her childhood, Ali became uniquely qualified as both a physio and a podiatrist. She has since worked with a wide variety of patients over the years including elite volleyball players, rugby and league teams, inner city businessmen/women, Crossfit athletes, runners, walkers, parents, farmers, cancer survivors, children and retirees.
Ali uses a broad range of training including advanced Kinesio Taping methods, various dry needling techniques, functional movement assessment, anatomy in motion (AiM), low level laser techniques, spinal stability training, the integrated systems model among many other techniques. She believes a full body assessment is often required to find the true source of a problem and to get the best possible results for her clients.
Ali believes that no two injuries are the same and endeavours to find out what the contributing factors of an injury are to ensure it is able to be managed in the most efficient and effective way possible.
Ali is currently on maternity leave.
