Payment

Payment for all services must be received either in advance or immediately after treatment.

We have HICAPS and EFTPOS available for all patients in clinic. The health fund card must be presented at the time of payment on the day treatment was received. Read more about claiming your visit with health insurance.

Cancellation policy

All cancellations with less than 24 hours notice (including failure to attend) will incur a charge. The cancellation fee is 50% of the scheduled service fee for all physio, massage and infant massage sessions. The cancellation fee is 100% of the scheduled service fee for all group sessions and Physio Group Programmes (PGP’s).

Physio Group Programmes (PGP’s)

PGP’s/group exercise sessions can be paid for casually or you are able to get a 5 or 10 class pass. Class passes are valid for 3 months from the time of purchase for in-clinic classes.

Class passes for online classes are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.

Class passes are not interchangeable or refundable.

EPC/Medicare Appointments

In order to qualify for an EPC/Medicare physio appointment you need to provide a specific referral from your GP. Not everyone qualifies for an EPC. If your EPC is addressed to the clinic you can see any physio in the clinic. If it is addressed to one specific physio you can only claim EPC appointments with that physio.

You will need to pay the full service fee for the appointment prior first. The claim will then be processed onto an Eftpos card and Medicare will provide a rebate to you usually within 2-3 days. The rebated amount is variable depending on your claim level with Medicare so far in the year. Please be aware it will not cover the full consultation fee.

Baby massage

Any private baby massage sessions are charged as a physiotherapy service to the baby IF the baby has physiotherapy cover. It CAN NOT be claimed on the parents fund.
